REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Select Weddings / Select Services (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we strive to deliver the highest standards of
professional wedding and event planning services. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
NATURE OF SERVICES
All payments made to the Company are towards professional planning, management, coordination, consultation, and execution services for
weddings and events. A significant portion of work begins immediately upon receipt of payment, including but not limited to
vendor coordination, concept development, negotiations, scheduling, and logistical planning.
CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
• Any cancellation request must be made in writing via email to the Company.
• Cancellation will be effective only upon written acknowledgment by the Company.
REFUND POLICY
• All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• This includes but is not limited to:
• Planning fees
• Advance payments
• Retainers
• Booking amounts
• Partial or full payments
Once payment is received, resources, time, and professional services are allocated immediately and therefore cannot be reversed.
VENDOR PAYMENTS
• Payments made towards third-party vendors (hotels, decorators, artists, logistics partners, etc.) are governed
strictly by their individual refund and cancellation policies.
• The Company shall not be responsible for refunds declined or delayed by third-party vendors.
EVENT POSTPONEMENT
• In case of postponement, payments may be adjusted to a future date subject to vendor availability, revised costing, and mutual written agreement.
• Any additional costs arising due to postponement shall be borne by the client.
FORCE MAJEURE
No refunds shall be applicable for cancellations or postponements caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics
• Acts of God
• Travel bans or visa issues

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By making a payment, the client confirms that they have:

• Accepted the payment, refund, and cancellation policies
PAYMENTS
• All payments must be made through authorized payment gateways only.
• Payments made via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or international cards are subject to gateway charges and bank approvals.
• The Company is not responsible for payment failures due to bank or gateway issues.
PRICING & TAXES
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Any government taxes, duties, or levies introduced later shall be charged additionally.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client agrees to:
• Provide accurate information
• Make payments as per agreed timelines
• Approve designs, plans, and vendor selections within reasonable timeframes
• Clear all dues before the event execution
Failure to comply may result in delays or suspension of services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All concepts, designs, layouts, mood boards, and creative material shared by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company shall not be held liable for:
• Vendor non-performance
• Weather conditions
• Guest behavior
• Travel delays
• Government regulations
• Acts beyond reasonable control
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
